Guarantee :
Our optic crystal is completely flawless and we guarantee superb quality and design. Because all of our crystals are hand cut and polished, slight variation may occur in overall dimensions and in carved or frosted areas. Sometimes slight striations and lines may happen during the molding process in our hand cut and polished products. This is not considered defects. All of optic crystal products are free of bubbles. CIP stands by all of its products with life time guarantee. Color change or detachment of non broken parts will be repaired at no cost during life time of the products. Shipping charge on repair is not included.
Ordering :
All orders must be placed in writing via email to sales@cipcrystal.com or via text message to 949-251-0063. Orders are quickly acknowledged with confirmation email/text from CIP. If you do not receive the confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us ASAP via email or call us at 949-251-0063. Order will not ship without confirmation. If phone orders are placed, CIP will send you confirmation email with the order information. Please carefully review the acknowledgement for any discrepancy. All orders will be confirmed the same day or the following day if placed after operation. Method of Payment must be approved before order can be shipped. The orders ship out the same day if received by 12PM PST. Orders received after 12PM PST will ship on the next business day. Orders can be placed online but payments will be processed manually by CIP.
Back Orders :
All back orders cannot be cancelled if specially brought in. i.e. air freighted, special order, not part of inventory replenishment shipment.
Pricing :
All prices are FOB Irvine, CA. Discount prices only apply to quantities listed for each item. All the prices are net price. Additional discount may be given to qualified large quantities by CIP Creation Corp. Quantity break for discount varies among products. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment :
Payment must be made by credit card prior to shipping. For customers with approved credit, terms are net 30. Strict 30 days net for qualified accounts only. Accounts with frequent past due, or those not eligible for an open account, will be set-up as prepay customers. No COD orders are accepted. We accept VISA, MASTER, American Express and Discover. CIP Creation Corp. reserves the right to grant or deny applicant of credit term when applying for an open account.
Shipping :
Blank orders can be shipped out the same day of receiving PO before 12PM PST and all the terms have been agreed. Etching orders will ship out in 48 hours after getting approved artwork. $5/carton fee will be applied to any drop ship orders. CIP Creation Corp. is not responsible for any shipment delays due to weather condition.
Claims :
Inspect all contents for your shipment immediately. CIP Creation Corp. must be notified of any damages, defects, and/or any other problems within 10 business days after receiving. All claims for breakage must be made by receiver with the freight carrier. Outer carton(s) as well as inner contents must be saved for in case there is carrier inspection requirement. Title to merchandise passes to the purchaser at FOB point and all recourse for damaged goods stays with the carrier not CIP. CIP reserves right to reject the claim upon. All claimed shipments will go out UPS/Fedex Ground.
Returns & Replacements :
Return for credit or exchange are only accepted within 10 days after receipt. If there is any discrepancy between what you ordered and what you received, please contact us within those 10 days. We will be happy to send you correct items. No returns and exchanges will be accepted until we receive unwanted products in new and resalable condition unless there is authorization from CIP Creation Corp. CIP Creation Corp. reserve the right to invoice the returned goods and shipping cost when our inspections shows that the claim was not a result of factory defect, packing or shipping problems or the returned merchandise does not arrive in the warehouse within the promised time. Credit or exchanges are issued only for returns in good selling conditions. Restocking fee of 15% of the order will apply to returns. If you order the wrong items or wish to cancel the order, it is your responsibility to return the merchandise at your expense.
Sample Policy :
Samples are for purchase and there are occasional sample promotions. Samples will be offered with discount during sample promotions. Or samples can be borrowed for 30 days. Shipping and handling will be charged. All samples must be returned in the condition that were received. Damaged samples will be charged for 20% off of the original price of the merchandise.
No Setup Charge :
There are no set up charges as long as the artwork is provided per our guidelines. If artwork is not submitted to our specification, customer service will notify you prior so you can send us correct art.
Order Cancellation :
There is no penalty for canceling the order but because we ship out the same day, we will still charge customers for shipping (going and returning) if the order goes out before cancellation.
Minimum Order :
CIP Creation Corp. does not require a minimum order. Any order any size is always welcome.
