In 1976, the president of YJP Crystal formerly known as Max International, Young-Jin Park founded a company in Korea with the vision of introducing optically perfect crystals to the international market. Using exclusive designs unknown to the world, Young-Jin Park made his mark in the promotional awards market. Max created and used manufacturing processes, material, and designs, unmatched in the United States.

In fact, Young-Jin Park largely pioneered the optic crystal awards market in the United States and introduced a whole new standard of promotional awards. However, as time went on, Max's goods started to become replicated and undersold by other companies. Soon, it became clear that Max International would need to provide a direct outlet for its goods in the United States to better serve its customers and remain competitive.

This was the start of CIP Corporation. In 1998, CIP Corporation was founded in Richmond, VA to be a direct supplier to the United States' market. By allowing purchases of smaller quantities and providing exponentially faster service to retailers, CIP alleviated the growing needs of the trophy shops and retailers in the United States.

CIP soon distinguished itself in the United States' market, expanding its product line to include unmatched Jade products and, most recently, full lead and bronze sculptures previously featured only in certain European markets.

Over the years, the founder of CIP Corporation has personally designed introduced over 500 products to the American market. Most recently, CIP has undergone a revamping of its image, reworked its product line, introduced a new logo, and has overhauled its existing website. Furthermore, CIP has relocated to Southern California to better serve its customers through vastly upgraded facilities and decreased shipping times.

Today, CIP's products are still manufactured at YJP Crystal formerly known as Max International's state of the art facilities in Korea, and still utilizing the same staff that pioneered the crystal awards market twenty-five years ago, CIP continual strives to better both its products and service. With each product hand-molded, sculpted, polished, and inspected before delivery, CIP's quality and service is largely unparalleled. Every single item that CIP produces is made and designed exclusively for and by our company, and no designs are borrowed.
